I. Proper Use
Nodes must not be used for illicit cross-border movements. All liquidity must be cryptographically signed by a verified high-net-worth identity.
II. Liability Shield
While we provide the infrastructure, asset management decisions remain the responsibility of the node operator. We are a technical substrate provider.
